I haven’t gotten Xzar’s make up quite right, but it’ll suffice for this Wonderland version (and he’s probably a bit messy putting it on, anyway). I was also considering Bodhi as the Cheshire Cat, because she’s catty, and either Ellesime or Mellisan as the Queen of Hearts… but indecision, combined with the fact I haven’t made any of them yet, at least on the new figures, made me just stick to the tea party scene.
On another note entirely, Alice in the book had dark hair and a fringe. But the original wood engraved illustrations by John Tenniel appeared to show her as blonde, and so that’s the image of her that’s stuck since (especially after the Disney film).

The best part of this picture is Montaron XD He's adorables! First time ever I was inspired to pair him up with anyone! Imoen! Imoen, you need a boyfriend! I know this one is /short/ but...
As for Xzar, you should consider altering the tattoo so it actually colors his lips black instead of encircling them (It is hard to tell from the original art what exactly is going on as the pink we see could be the outer lip or just the inner lining of the mouth/lip.)
My impression of it was that it was supposed to give him a permanent Glasgow smile, ala the Joker, and that in general his makeup ought to have resembled a mischievous harlequin's. Maybe push the diamonds out a little and add eyeliner?
